These are made mostly from single solid colour rolls of vinyl film (although there are some specialised vinyls available too, such as animal print, glitter, 3D and textured), which are cut the design by using a plotter/cutter, following the artwork file. The design is cut in mirror image (reverse) and the surplus vinyl is weeded out to reveal the design. This is then applied to the item using a heat press.

Some designs will not work for this method, and our job is recognizing what is best for your logo.
