SUBLIMATION

Screen printing is a traditional customisation method for garments and accessories, in which each colour in a design is separated and burned to individual fine-mesh screens. Ink is then applied to the screens and transferred through it onto the garments, a single colour at a time, building up the design. So the number of colours in the design will affect the cost of the decoration, and less colours will be the most affordable option.

BENEFITS OF SCREEN PRINTING

Recommended for largers order with designs that can easily be split out into associated design colours.

Affordable and versatile, and gives a durable finish which offers wash-fastness decoration.

Can accurately reproduce most colours to give your design the accuracy it deserves.

Can incorporate effects such as gloss, glitter and 3D "puff" effect.

Perfect for bold, large designs on fronts and backs of garments, such as t-shirts where there are no seams, zips or buttons.
